Is a Photo ID required to tour an apartment?
Yes, at least one prospect in the group over the age of 18 must provide a government issued photo identification prior to viewing an apartment.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $90 per person 18 or older.
How much is the administration fee?
The administration fee is $200 per apartment home. We do offer a preferred employer discount that could reduce your administration and deposit cost. Contact our leasing office for more information.
How much is the pet fee and pet rent?
Fees are based on a FIDO score. One time pet fee ranging from: $300-$400 (non-refundable) per pet. Monthly pet rent ranging: $30-$40 per pet. Poo Print registration is required at the community.
When is Rent due?
Rent is due between the 1st and 5th of each month.
When is Rent considered late?
Late fees apply on the 6th of each month. The late fee is 5% of the rent.
Can I pay my rent online?
You can pay your rent online along with enter work orders online through your online resident portal.
What Forms of Rent Payment are Accepted?
We accept payments through your online resident portal. If paying online, please note that fees will apply for debit and credit cards. The e-check payment method online is free. We also accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, and E-money orders. No cash or money orders will be accepted. If you do not have a local bank, you can get a cashier’s check at Woodforest National Bank inside Walmart.
What is included with the rent?
Our rents include cable, high speed internet, and washer/dryer hookups in every apartment home. However, the property does offer an all-inclusive package that will allow for you to include the electricity and water and sewer. Additional rates do apply.
Do you have storage units or garages available?
Yes! We offer small and large storages, as well as, one car garage units. Contact the leasing office for availability.

What is the school district?
Tommy's Road Elementary School, Eastern Wayne Middle School, and Eastern Wayne High School.
What are your income requirements?
2.5 times the monthly rent.
Do you require renter's insurance?
Yes, a customized link will be sent at the approval of your application. We offer the convenience of including the cost of renters insurance with your monthly rent or you can provide your own 3rd party policy. Requirements are detailed in the link you will receive after your application is approved.
What type of notice am I required to provide if I plan to vacate?
A 60-day notice is required to vacate at the end of your lease term. If your lease has gone month-to-month, a 30-day notice is required. You must contact the office to submit your notice. If you plan to terminate your lease early, please contact the leasing office for options to break the lease.
How are emergency repairs taken care of?
We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance service. Call our office number at 919-751-5665 and press ‘2' for after hour emergencies, or you can also call the on-call maintenance team member directly at 919-921-0076.
After hours emergencies include:
- Fire. Call 911 First.
- Electrical or gas failure of any nature.
- Any water leak or sewage backup.
- No heat or air conditioning (for safety reasons, we cannot work on outside units after dark or during inclement weather).
- Refrigerator not working.
- Range/Oven not working properly (weekends only).
- No hot or cold water.
- Toilet stopped up - if apartment has just one.
- Overflowing Commode where there may be property damage.
- Malfunctioning exterior door hardware or window if on 1st floor.
- Smoke detector batteries will be changed up until 7 pm.
- Severe weather that causes damages to doors, locks or windows, etc.
You are also able to place non-emergency maintenance requests online through the resident portal 24/7.
Community Reminders
- Trash is not permitted in the breezeways at any time. Any trash violations will result in a $25 fine per bag/incident.
- Furniture or other bulk objects cannot be discarded on property. Larger items can be disposed at the Patetown Recycling & Convenience Center at 593 Daw Pate Rd., Goldsboro, NC.
- There is a limit of 2 guests per apartment in the amenities, including the pool. Residents must be present with their guests at all time.
- Pest control is on property every Wednesday. Please contact the leasing office to have your apartment to the schedule as needed.
- Quiet hours in the community are set between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am each day, including weekends.
